I am an awful breakfast eater but save the lectures, it's not by choice!
I have never been able to eat breakfast since my early teens,
I feel physically sick at even the thought of food for at least 2-3 hours once I have woken up.
I do make fruit or vegetable juices though and drink one of them and a glass of water 1st thing.
I can usually manage something once I am in the office by 9 but we have no microwave and I don't know what to eat. I'm fed up of grabbing a yoghurt, banana or a raw food bar and most of the time I will then skip breakfast and just have a snack and then lunch.
