I think so.

The only thing I worry about with Mineral water is the sodium content, however if you are eating a low processed food diet then you are probably ok.

I've been known to drink a large bottle a day but I drink loads of water.

DD had a skinny mojito the other day when we were out. When she had finished it there was loads of crushed ice, lime pieces and chopped mint left in the glass. I put sparkling water in with them and OMG it was gorgeous! I am going to have that regularly!
