Don't know, but you can make some really easy low carb soups when you have time and freeze in portions.

On the recipe thread there's a Thai cauliflower one and something like broccoli and blue cheese would also be good. You need something like twice the amount of stock to broccoli (eg 500 g brocooli and 1 litre of stock) and then about 50-100g blue cheese. You could also put some cream in it. Squash might also work well in a soup - I'm not great for recipes cos I just throw it all in instinctively but look on the BBC food site or similar for recipes if you need guidance on quantities.

What sort of soup do you like? Trouble with soup is that it just needs to be accompanied by a chunk of lovely bread Grin.

I have never found one, plus it would be full of artificial crap.

I make lots of soup myself, at the weekends. Freeze & take to work?

Faves of mine are courgette, broccoli & basil or nippy neep or creamy broccoli & bacon.
