im normally a porridge or banana & yoghurt breakfast eater, no time for a cooked breakfast. Does anyone have a variety of low carb breakfasts to kick start my day?

smoked salmon with cream cheese, or ham with cream cheese
ham/sliced cooked meats with cheese
sausages (cooked the night before)
hard boiled eggs
egg mayonnaise
yoghurt
yoghurt + berries

or

leftovers from the previous night's dinner!

I know you said no cooked breakfast, but you can do an omlette unless time than it takes to make a cup of tea. Add some oregano and cheese - lovely.

Pile of scrambled eggs only takes a couple of minutes?

Microwave scrambled eggs. People talk a lot of poncy crap about how it takes 7 hours in a Bain-Marie to make edible scrambled eggs, but you can blast the hell out of them and do a perfectly edible breakfast in 45 seconds especially if you add a splash of chilli oil.

Or a handful of nuts.

Make in advance: takes 20 mins inc cooking time and you can freeze/fridge.

Breakfast muffins
Beat 4 eggs with 250ml cream, add handful grated cheese plus left over veg, seasoning/herbs, chopped ham, tomato, whatever is im fridge/leftovers. Pour in lightly greased muffin tray. Chuck more grated cheese on top. Or use muffin paper cases. Bake at 190 for 12-15 mins.
Good hot or cold.

Thanks folks. I'll try the breakfast muffins (cooked the night before), plus scrambled egg or yoghurt & berries. Lidl do a really nice Greek yoghurt which I love.

I do bacon and scrambled eggs in a couple of minutes. Fry the bacon in a non-stick pan, and while it is crisping whisk the eggs. Remove the bacon and cook the eggs in the bacon fat. Yum.

I also like a few slices of naice ham topped with grated mozzarella and baked in the oven. It's not too 'savoury', which I struggle with in the morning.
