Trying to lose the last stone and want to get rid if half stone in 4 weeks (holiday) is this do-able?
So basically I can eat unlimited meat (unprocessed) and allowed veg. No alcohol no fruit no sugar. Include butter/mayo/cream must be full fat. Bit of cheese ok. Drink a lot. Will feel crap for a few days then super.
When I check carb content on packets what sort of % am I looking for? Should I be counting the carbs if so how much a day?
I am so used to calorie counting I feel a little at sea.
Can I eat anything sweet?
TIA

Sounds like you have a grasp of the basics. Nothing sweet, as you need to knock the sweet cravings on the head. Avoid packets if you can, full of nasties. If you must, then below 5g per 100g. I dont touch anything in a packet though, most contain sugar or wheat flour.

I meant to reply to you on the other thread Tidy but the amazing non-sleeping baby got in the way! I have just completed two weeks of bootcamp light with a few cheats (wine and very dark chocolate) and I lost 6 lb the first week and 3 lb the second week. At the start I was 28 lb above my target weight so I'm nearly a third of the way there already! I realise weight loss slows or stops in weeks 3-4 and I'm on holiday next week so I'm going to continue as I have been and not worry (too much) about the weight loss.

I've needed to lose a stone as well, I've stuck to boot camp, absolutely no cheats in two weeks and I've lost 7lbs
