ooh lovely. A nice clean new thread, thanks BIWI. I'm on my phone and can't do the links but am sure someone else will be along shortly.

I haven't weighed in yet (still in bed Blush ) but will post later. Am feeling inspired though to have a cracking week, maybe it's the warmer weather, I dunno, but looking forward to getting some new food ideas from others posts.

Good luck on the scales everyone Grin

24.5lb Smile

Im shocked how well this is working for me, but would also say that I'm training my socks off at the moment and really pushing myself. Not going to be at home with the kids forever...

If you need a reminder or you're joining Bootcamp partway through, the rules are on the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness and you can also track your weight on the Weight Tracker.

I'm bouncing around. Hit a new low of 149lb on Friday and yesterday (after a cup of BPC) and now I'm back up again! I've been 151lb for three mondays running. Currently downloading the true weight app. Confused.

(runs off to work late)

Back up a pound today - which is really annoying as I was down 2 on Sat (a gain of 3lb in 2 days has got to be water yes?!)
I have been strict so I am blaming me 'ormones.

Report
CQ · 09/06/2014 07:57

Oh no, actually I lost 0.6lbs this week - somehow last week's weight hadn't saved and I'd forgotten that I actually went up slightly over half term.

I'm bouncing around too, Sarah - was over 2lbs lighter on Saturday morning. True weight app has a very wiggly dotted line for me (recorded weight) but the downward trend is looking good so I'll keep on keeping on.

Hi. Can I join in? I've been reading all the threads, takes some doing! I started LC a week past on Sunday and lost 4.9 lbs when I got weighed yesterday. Very pleased with that. Would love to lose another stone. Thanks for all the great tips and support. The threads are excellent.

Hi folks

1lb (just over) gone this week so that is 10lbs total in 4 weeks. Slow but thankfully sure! This is the first time on any diet I have felt confident in the constant downward movement - last time I got a huge loss of 7lbs in the first week and then a lot of irritating up and down to finally get to a stone in 6 months. This feels so much better. I think it is because I am eating small amounts, minimal snacking and no cheating. I am not hungry at all.

Hoping to lose another lb and get a BMI of under 24. Just a number but it would be very nice to see it.

RUnning get easier again. I injured my knee and knew starting LC would hit me for six so I started NHS C25K program again. I was really struggling until this week so stuck to Week 5 run 1. Moved on again now so did 20 minutes yesterday. TMI I know but good lord I go get very stinky exercising on LC I know that's probably as sign of ketosis but not a welcome one!

Clothes loose, belly shrinking but have noticed the wobbly thing that others have mentioned - my belly was nicely firm before (if very rounded!). Hoping it means I am going to get a nice whoosh soon!!

Well done everyone on the losses. As ever I won't be weighing myself so I can focus on inch loss rather than the scales potentially sticking. But I do feel trimmer this week.

Good morning!
Thankyou for the new pages BIWI
A beautiful morning down here - but the scales sts but never mind I will keep keeping on. Slowly but surely.
Well done those who have lost, some good losses so far and commiserations to those who haven't, let's keep going.
Good luck this week Smile

6 lb off! I am under 200 lb for the first time in 4 years!
Sticking with strict Bootcamp rules helped me this week a lot.

I am also going to do better because this is what my workplace has for us to snack on - low carb rulez!!!!!

Still stalling, but only 2cm on for TOTM around belly, which is good. Was bootcamp lite all last week but will be back on bootcamp proper this week to see if I can shift that gain. Still not weighing thank goodness.

Some fantastic losses so far! Annoyingly, I have sts, but am not surprised. I should have sts last week, but was a mysterious 2lb down on the Monday. This instantly added itself back on and only dropped off again this morning, so I'm lucky I didn't go up. Will allow myself an illogical moop for half an hour or so and then just keep on keeping on.

Lost the last 3 that I had acquired on holiday so hoping now to get some more shifted - seeing that it's week 6 is motivating as it's gone so quickly and want to have tremendous result at 10th week. Love the spreadsheet and recipes, thanks.
