Low-carb bootcamp

Is low carb for me??

Hope this is in the right place. So I'm fed up, of you guessed it being a lard arse. Having seen loads of coverage about sugar recently, I thought I'd try and cut it out or at least down considerably which lead me to low carbing.

Where do I start? Any meal plans you can recommend? I'm also skint! So used to cereal/toast for breakfast, whatever's here for lunch and spag Bol, chilli etc for dinner, this will all have to change or will it!?

Also milk, do you avoid it completely? I currently drink skimmed but nearly fainted when I looked how much sugar is actually in it!

If you look at the May boot camp thread you will find everything you need to know :-)

Hi therewearethen as holger said the May bootcamp thread will have the information on it (link here)

And someone also has a thread on what you can use instead of the usual carby things (here)

I don't use milk, I have tea without anything and cream in my coffee, some people on bootcamp have a BPC (bullet proof coffee) which is coffee with butter and/or coconut oil. Personally I think its disgusting but some people swear by it.
