So how did you all get on?

Just in case you've lost the link Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I hope that your first week has been rewarded by good news on the scales.

Good luck for the next week Flowers

Hello!
Once again I am having issues with the spreadsheet. Please pretty please could BIWI or some other kind soul put that I am 4ib down? Will make sure I do the weigh in on the computer not the ipad next week so I can fix it.

Happy with 4ib, as I am looking to lose about a stone, so this seems like a brilliant start. I know a stone may not sound like a lot, but I am very little and that stone seems to have taken up residence on my stomach only.... So little legs and arms stick out of rounded body! Not good.

Stomach feels flatter, wearing a pair of trousers that were uncomfortable two weeks ago.

B yoghurt
L avocado, chicken and rocket salad with feta
D fish curry left over from yesterday.

Hellooooo, how are you today?

Well, as usual SMS so here goes.

Weight: 154 (-2)
B: 105 (-1 but still bf)
W: 94 (-6)
H: 98 (-3)
Thigh: 57 (-2)
Arm: 30 (-2)

Which is all good, waist is great and it's all in the right direction. I'm hoping the weight will come down a bit once my TOTM is over but, as I'm more focused on measurements this time, am about it ATM.

This week I'll be making sure my water is up where it should be, it was hard last week, maybe TO tM related as I'm normally fine with it?

Good luck everyone Smile

3lb off for me. I'm debating what to have for breakfast. Possibly a coffee with cream and some coconut cream (don't have any yoghurt in) but I'm trying to decide how well coconut cream will mix in with a black coffee?

Dinner will be leftover paprika chicken with salad.

I always have a takeaway on a Monday which is normally a chicken wrap with chips so I think I'll still have the takeaway but just the chicken with salad, no bread or chips. With mayo.

My hollandaise was really tasty last night, I think it's definitely the way forward for me getting enough fat. I've used about 3/4 of a pack of butter since Friday.

3.3lbs down for me so I think that confirms that I replenished my glycogen stores between bootcamps rather than put on actual weight. Highlights how easily a few forays into carbier foods can cause trouble.

Only 1.3 lbs away from being under 11 stone, so that should keep me focused over the next few weeks. Would love to get to 10 stone 7 during this bootcamp, although I do have a few away days with work to negotiate. Pork scratchings will be in my bag.

I've bought lots of ingredients for no sugar marinades for chicken and pork belly to have with veg and salad. And there's hardly any cheese in the fridge. Will see how long I can cope with that.

4lb off for me too!

I think there might be an error in the spreadsheet formula for the weight lost column - using the same column to deduct the weight lost as starting weight.

Quickly popping in to say, I have added a weight-loss graph (showing combined weight-loss only!) onto the spreadsheet, fingers crossed it works Smile

Also just to mention, I normally have my coffee black with 2 sweeteners and couldn't manage with any less. Yesterday and this morning I have had just coffee with a splash of cream and that's just after a week. It still does taste a bit too bitter but I can drink and enjoy it. Maybe I'll give up the cream one day.
