Wow! So much nattering that we've filled up the thread before the end of the week!

Here's the link to the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for tomorrow morning.

And, for the Weight Tracker I'm not quite sure what happens with this link I think that you will be asked to enter your weight for this week and then you will see your individual graph.

I hope you all had a good week last week, and very good luck for week 2.

Huzzah! Je suis ici smile

Thanks BIWI. Here's for a good week for all

MyPreciousRing Sun 19-Jan-14 21:26:59

Very excited about weigh in (and measure-in)

RatherBeOnThePiste Sun 19-Jan-14 22:02:45

Badger - which bits you measuring? I have a tape measure!

BIWI Sun 19-Jan-14 22:03:40

The weight tracker doesn't become available until midnight!

MyPreciousRing Sun 19-Jan-14 22:05:46

Sorry

BIWI Sun 19-Jan-14 22:05:54

I don't actually know what's going to happen tomorrow morning, (i.e. from midnight onwards), but I believe that when you clock into mumsnet.com/bootcamp that you will be able to enter this week's weight, and that your individual graph will appear.

It's like the Marauder's map in Hogwart's, isn't it? grin

PseudoBadger Sun 19-Jan-14 22:06:28

It's pretty crude Pistey, bum, one thigh (couldn't be arsed with 2!), hips and waist. I know I've shrunk as I'm currently wearing a onesie an item of clothing that DP gave me for Christmas which didn't fit, it's now baggy!

Gerrythetootallgiraffeswife Sun 19-Jan-14 22:10:44

Hooray for week 2!

Hello! Checking back in for first time in a couple of days. Had hen do yesterday and basically the weekend has been a write off from a BC point of view. Not going to record my weekend's intake because it's nothing to be proud of - and there was loooooads of booze. I always new this would happen and so am raring to get back on it. Next thing on the horizon that might derail me again is on the 14th Feb so I'm going to be super good between now and then.

Not expecting to have lost at all at weigh in tomorrow (this is week two for me so have had the initial big dip already). but looking forward to trying the new gadgets anyway.

Lovecat Sun 19-Jan-14 23:02:09

Marking my place for tomorrow - goodnight all and good luck! grin

Been mad busy this week so been skim reading the thread to try and catch up. Really enjoyed my food in week 1 and not a jot of hunger. Must pay tribute to Crabbys website and recipes - the cauliflower cheese and puttanesca went down a storm over here. Dh declared them both a total keeper and the dcs wolfed them too! Thank you! Firmly on this week's menu along with the kashmiri chicken.
I noticed on the days the children ate mostly lower carb they settled better at bedtime. I really want to helget them on board with ditching the sugar. My dd even saidshe wanted a mummy breakfast this mmorning and she wasn't going to eat sugar. I've never talked about diet or weight in front of them just healthy eating. So they are learning that sugar is unhealthy.
Its the school lunchbox thats a challenge.
What a ramble of a post...sorry!

CrabbyWinterBottom Sun 19-Jan-14 23:47:02

Thanks so much Keepon - that made me beam with pride! grin I'm really glad you enjoyed them. smile

Food today...
L - crispy bacon, fried tomatoes and mozzarella
S - pork scratchings
D - roast chicken with brussels sprouts and swede mash. I used some leftover celeriac mash from last night to thicken the gravy and it was delicious.
P - yoghurt with clotted cream, vanilla and flaxseed
Glass of red, too much tea, plenty of water

Just checking in ready for tomorrow's Big Reveal.

Crabby do you have a link to your website please? Must've missed it in the 1000 posts of W1!

Good luck everyone!

CrabbyWinterBottom Mon 20-Jan-14 00:10:36

Nell it's here. I haven't posted on it in ages but I want to start again during this bootcamp. I wish I could have been bothered to photograph DP making the braised pigs' cheeks earlier. I wasn't feeling very well and couldn't be arsed to set the lights up and faff around trying to make it all look nice! grin I'll do it next time though as that's an amazing recipe and very cheap.

Piscivorus Mon 20-Jan-14 00:13:23

Yes Crabby Link please

I am really struggling to sleep, fine once I am off but just cannot get to sleep. It's often after 3am when I get to sleep so am constantly knackered.

thenightsky Mon 20-Jan-14 00:14:26

Thank God you're all here. I panicked for a moment when I saw other thread full.

Good day here. was home alone so only cooking for me. Drank wine, but otherwise ok.

Spend 3 hours watching 'The men who made us fat' which was very enlightening.

ChippingInWadesIn Mon 20-Jan-14 00:24:20

Hi all, just caught up on the end of the last thread (since yesterday lunchtime).

BIWI - hope your head is feeling better now smile Sometimes you just have to do it don't you!

Jax - OUCH hope you are feeling much better!

Nux ya ninny. If I had a loss of 8.5lbs in one week I'd check to see if both arms were still attached grin

I was hoping for a good glycogen loss week 1 - but alas, no - only a couple of lbs. Not sure I will have lost anything this week and I can't put the scales where they normally go, but will see in the morning.

Food has been 'on track' but I'm not drinking enough water sad

I have only lost a pound. I think I may have overdone it on the cheese. I'm going to go without next week and see if that tweaks it. Also, looking at BIWIs rules, I'm supposed to drink 4 litres of water a day and I had misread and have drunk 3 per day... Nevermind, we'll see what happens next week. Bumfuck.

hazchem Mon 20-Jan-14 01:55:24

Lost almost 2 pounds smile

Some mention that Sweden has changed it's dietary stance to low carb wondering if anyone has any links? As the Nordic Nutrition Recommendation www.norden.org/en/publications/publikationer/nord-2013-009 looks pretty similar to the UK/Oz recommending lean meat and wholegrains with 60% of energy coming from carbs.
TIA

RatherBeOnThePiste Mon 20-Jan-14 06:05:16

Morning Losers smile brew

Wooohooooo!

4 pounds gone here, will do measuring in a min, thanks Badger, think I'll do me norks as well. Quite hoping to hang on to those I'll not deny.
