Ok,not a biggie, but this morning I got up after about 4 hrs sleep as my 5 year old kept waking up-I'm thirsty mum(despite having water nxt to her bed)-I need the loo mum,-I need a hug mum!,it ended up with her sneaking into my bed at 4 am.

Then time for work at 8am v sleep deprived,I look after kids, and this particular girl clashes big time with my one, they're like 2 pitbulls just raring to go from the minute they lay eyes on eachother,a,and since 8 am it's been non stop bickering, fighting and crying ( all day it's cries of-Don't look at me,don't sit next to me,don't smile at me,don't walk next to me,what a bundle of laughs they are!)
Great when one suffers from a major case of pmt (ok,take deeeeep breaths now, calm down!I keep telling myself,:-)

Then having pondered this decision for months,I decided I best "replace" this girl I care for,not only due to the fact that she and my girl basically hate eachothers guts(something a tried to solve, but to no avail),but also because her mum's a real pain(oh,I think I overpaid you with £2.00 last week, yes, seriously, and, the woman is loaded with a capital L).

So,had another woman came over today, interested in a space, however tho,she was a full on eco warrior, and insisted I'd use re-usable nappies, fair enough if she wants to do that at her own home, but sorry, that just didn't seem like the most attractive prospect to me,I know it's supposed to save the planet, but hey,I have to set put my limit as what I'm willing to do somewhere!lol

I prob would have laughed it all off had it been any other day,but god, one's hormones don't half play up at this time of the month,do they?! Any tips on how to chill out v much appreciated.lol

Hi, Im 20 and single with an 8 week old DD, I find the best way to relax is when she sleeps- even though I'm knakered with sometimes only 3 hours sleep! That jumping on the rowing machine I bought myself then having a bubble bath with candles really, really helps! When I'm stressed and she doesn't stop screaming in the early hours think of what you went through to have her or picture something or somewhere you want in your mind and blank out the noise! It works for me! x

(just wondering - what would be the difference if you used her nappies? Assume you'd just bag up a disposable and bin it - when I minded a boy in cloth I just bagged up the whole cloth nappy and gave them to mum to take home and sort out. Easier than taking a disposable to the outside bin!)

Hope you feel better this morning - bundle everyone up and go to for a walk to the park to tire them out so you can get some peace later? Second the bath idea, with some lavender oil in. And drink lots of water.
