There are 3 FREE parenting workshops in Hertsmere for lone parents. They have free creches too. If you go along they'll discuss any parenting issues you need support with, whether it be behaviour management, dealing with tantrums, stress busting etc. They are very flexible and led based on the needs of the parents there.
