Why have I suddenly become utterly useless at the things I was good at?

All organisational skills have vanished recently. Why? I'm a born organiser, I always know wxactly whats happening and when, and where everything is, what bills are due etc. Now however, I've just let my bank account deal with itself as I know if I go near it, I'll screw it up (I changed al the direct debits into my new account, then for some reason cancelled them (don't even remember doing so), so all of my bills were late because of that. It took me over 1/2 hour earlier to find all the paperwork for the conveyancers, and now I've lost their contact details. i need to email my family solicitor withthem, and nowthe're not here. I swear they were here 10 minutes ago, but now a spiders eaten them or something. Argh! They really are nowhere to be found. I really hate not being able to organise anything atm.

Is it because your head up your arse? I know my inability to do anything is. Last night I sat sobbing putting my reciepts in order for my failing ebay business.
Only failing because I cannot get my head round ANYTHING to do anything. I know how you feel
