Back in February I got a letter from the CSA stating that xp had to pay the grand total of £5 a week for our 3 children.
Infact the letter says that 'he should continue pay'. The thing is, he said that although he recieved the same letter, they have never actually asked him for any money, and his benefits have not decreased either so it seems he isn't actually paying it.
Around the time that I had the letter, I recieved about £45 into my bank account, apparently from them, as the amounts added up.
Since then I have recieved nothing.
So, should i ring and try and find out if I should be getting this or is it just a waste of time ??
I am on IS but apparently I can keep up to £10 a week of CSA money is that right ??
