unless you have an agreement that any subsequent children wont affect your allowance, it will

will reduce it a bit, but not as much as if she tells csa she has thrown him out. then any calculation is split between the two of you. this is what my ex's gf did to try and lower the payments that he doesnt pay anyway....this is by the new rules though i think.
