have been separated only 3 months but ex has admitted to going out with someone else...although has not commited adultery - apparently! they have booked a holiday with some others and this weekend going away 4 weekend toa friends wedding. Apparently they are staying in a twin room!
I have warned him if he takes her away then it is over between us.
Would it be too soon to start divorce proceedings?

you can start divorce proceedings whenever you like and if you are married then it is adultery seperated or not. although quite why you would want him back if he is seeing someone else is beyond me but its your life to do with whta you wish. hope this helps.
