Ex stopped paying maintenance over the summer, on the grounds that DD was off to Uni. As he well knows, she isn't going until next year, she's just started her last year of A-levels. So, lots of chasing up later, he gets re-assessed. He's been on the sick for ages 'bad back' and his re-assessment is based on half-pay. So the new amount is tiny.
But now he has gone back to work. I've asked the CSA if they can re-assess him again; they've said they can't because his assessment is based on financial info from his job, so unless he gets promoted or starts a new job they can't. Even though he is now earning his full wage again.
Is there anything I can do? I know it is only for less than a year, but I feel strongly that it is DD's money - he doesn't give her a penny otherwise (not even a Christmas present).
