Does anyone know how to help this unborn child with HLHS?

A friend of mine in Russia is 20 weeks pregnant, her unborn daughter has been diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, which means the left side of her heart hasn't developed, she basically has only half a heart. My friend has asked me if I know anyone who could help save her baby, the doctors in Russia all recommend an abortion but she and her husband don't want to go down that road.
Does anyone know of any charity or hospital that could possibly help, how I could get in contact with them? Any links or advice would be welcome, I know nothing about how to get help in this situation. My friend says she needs to make a decision by next Wednesday about what to do, that's when the doctors want to terminate.
