Rheumatologist told the physio it was definite but gp was query fm or HMS - 2 different letters same appointment. Whatever.
I have symptoms for both. But I guess the thing that's confusing me is pain threshold. Mine's always been quite high - and still is - it's the community that gets to me.
But I've just trodden on a bit of broken glass - am now sat with my fit under a tap to wash it clean - and it's nowhere near add painful as, for example, my neck.
Does that make sense? Is it possible to have fm and still be quite blase about the cuts and scrapes? I'm just a bit weirded out because I wouldn't have known it'd cut myself but for the blood, and yet my heel which remains unpunctured has been hurting for weeks...
