After letters from my solicitors offering contact and no reply I thought I could rest easy.

Dd hasn't seen father since Xmas now I've got a court order through saying I refused mediation and he just wants consistency for dd (WHAT the idiot never turned up, when he did he then took her and left her with others) form states he's seen her consistently since she was born utter bs.

Will they do anything because he lied. Yes he has rights, but he is going to mess dd up swanning in and out. What do you think will happen? [Confused]

My DS's son lied, said I'd refused mediation, he'd never been offered any chance to see him etc.

Bring EVERY proof he was taken down a peg or too when I showed the court he had been offered contact and refused it (he tried to then tell the judge I 'forced' him to agree to see him) I proved I never had the phone number he had provided the mediator and the proof that the email address had be shut down. He never once came to my DS's home to see him or pay child support i never recieved a mediation letter and that was proved

He got torn apart in court because he lied and I had proved it and wasn't taken as seriously for wanting contact but to only harass me

If you have evidence to dis-prove his lies then submit it.

Thank you I'm trying to get as much together as possible. Did the court still say that he could have access at such and such a point?
