I bought an armchair from DFS on Saturday (ex display) it was delivered today and has a rip on the underneath which I couldn't see and also watermarks all round the bottom of it- I'm 7.5 months pregnant so I couldn't exactly bend down to examine the chair, I assumed they would tell me any obvious problems. I called today and told them about, i just want it gone, im so stressed about it. I even offered to pay for the dlievery charge again for them to get it, instead they have offered to send an re-upholsterer over on monday to look, I'm still working, i took time off today and i cant take more time off. Do i have a seven day cooling off period?
