If you?re an executor of a will, do you have a duty to tell the people it leaves things to that they are beneficiaries? If there?s nowt left, what should the executor do? Is it a big deal if they keep quiet?
If Person A?s will leaves, say, a car or jewellery to Person B and the car/jewels were sold or lost before Person A died, what does the executor do? Does she/he still have to tell Person B anything about it, or make it up to them from elsewhere in the estate, or does the executor just keep quiet?
Thank you, ladies. Am negotiating family row.
