Hi there, wonder if anyone can help. I joined my company a few months again and they have just announced that they are shutting down the current location and moving everyone to a city which is at least a 2 hour commute for me. Had I known this when I accepted a few months ago I would not have applied for the job because it is not a commute I want to do everyday. Is this legal given that senior management would have known about the planned move at the time (although not announced it to general staff).
