we are currently in the middle of a legel case with a builder who built our home, they have put a shaired access path in our garden which should not be there and we have been offered compo which we have acepted. our soliciter has said we need to get the above deed signed by the bank who provide our morgage anyone know how much it costs and what will happen if the bank refused to sign it?
