Breaching an order?

My ex took me to court recently. We agreed on contact in court and this is being written up by the Judge. Within an hour of this being done my ex has now decided he doesn't want to do it and has spun me a huge amount of whining excuses as to why he wants it his way and no other.

If this ordered contact doesn't go ahead, would that mean he is in breach of the order?

As the order is for him to have some contact it isn't an actionable breach. Just keep a record of what happens, and what is said and when, and if he ever takes you back to court then you can use it against him.
