HTC have had my phone for 5 WEEKS to fix the charging port (apparently v quick to fix they said!)

C/W sent it to them, HTC were going to sign it off and send it back to C/W within 3 days to be fixed at C/W or (more likely) phone be replaced as cheaper for them.

HTC have had it for 5 weeks and NO ONE can find out whats going on with it! HTC never sent it back, which considering the issue is apparently odd

If it takes 5w to fix then it does....but it was 14 days at the absolute MOST.

I go back to work on Tuesday and it'll be an utter PITA to get back to C/W hence being pleased it will take 2weeks

It's a smart phone, therefore I pay for the internet and email....which I don't currently have due to the fact I'm using a V basic phone (on loan from C/W)....so I'm paying £30 a months for 500m and unlimited texts...which I could bloody get for £15 a month on sim only....I pay for the sodding phone and internet! I WANT THE SODDING PHONE AND INTERNET!!

HTC were supposed to call me 2 weeks ago...they didn't....C/W rang them again for me....HTC PROMISED to call last week....they didn't

I'm getting HIGHLY irritated with HTC! and staff at C/W!

There is one fantastic member of staff who is so helpful and has been fantastic help....other 4 members I've dealt with have been shockingly crap!

C/W / HTC have given me £15 to spend in C/W 2 weeks ago for not calling.

but is there anything else I can ask for? Reduction on the £50 excess I pay with insurance?

Any ideas on what i can do or am entitled to would be great! thank you!
