I recently bought a saddle pad for my DD's pony from a woman called Zoe Snape. The money went direct from my account into hers and a few days later she sent me a reciept via email attachment (a photocopy/scan of a paper receipt). <br><br>A month has passed and no saddle pad has turned up. I spoke to her last week, she assured me that the saddle would arrive on Friday 20th (she was also very defensive and quite huffy, in fact she immediately said she would give me a refund). So, no saddle and now I can't get hold of her on the phone, it just rings, and she hasn't replied to the 2 emails I've sent. I want a full refund, I don't want the saddle pad anymore, I'm too effing angry about it all.<br><br>So, what are my options from here? I have her address and I know that she is quite well-known on the Shetland showing circuit. I have tried to get more info from another forum but my thread was pulled when someone else posted that they had had to take legal action against her. Any advice would be very gratefully received, thanks.
