Energy Performance Certificates? The left hand side seems to correlate with the right hand side, but there seems no measure of how energy profficient the house actually is. TIA

Yes, it should have been in Property, but it was too effing early in the morning to worry about that. Anyway, does anyone know?

one side is the current state and the other side is the house's potential, if fitted with all the latest insulation etc.

There should be an arrow on each, showing how good the house is currently, and how good it could be if updated.

Does that answer your q?
