implanted on june 29th with 3 day old embryo's, they were glued to the scratch that i had done the month before, been taking pessaries and 8mg of prognova since, did a test last night and another this morning and both are the same, got to have a blood test tomorrow at 4.15pm, i haven't spotted or bled at all, only symptoms i have had are constant tireness due to going to the toilet during the night, nausea alot, very sore stomach muscles, the runs (i have colitis though, so not really new), feeling cold during the day but hot sweats during the night and goosebumps, really confused!! please help

The prognova can give you pregnancy like symptoms which is very cruel. Pregnancy tests are pretty accurate but as its only early so not totally accurate. Hopefully you will get better news from your blood test and as you haven't bled yet I would say there is still some hope.
I'm rooting for you :)

Good luck Bob!

The glue doesn't work as glue itself, the scratch is supposed to 'injure' your lining and give you a better one, regenerating cells or something, and the glue is an enzyme that's occurring naturally but provides more of it, I had the scratch and I'm debating the glue

blood test says no, but i won't be convinced till i bled or throw up, clinic says to stop taking all medication and i should bled by wednesday if not to do another pee test thursday, so we will see, i will try again as i have a 50/50 chance, just need to sort the money side out, thanks for all your help

Sadly, you have to go with the blood test in my experience. The side effects of the drugs are bloody cruel, making you feel pregnant when you aren't. I got quote a shock when I realised thAT you could bleed early or late, I really thought if you didn't bleed, that was it. But the tests are so very accurate - how many days since embryo transfer? It's really heartbreaking, I wish you all the best xx

Dec 2013 cancelled cycled due to early menopause

July 2014 trying a donor cycle

They haven't given me any odds, I know an ivf cycle is usually more likely to fail then work, my clinic has good rates of success with donor treatment so I'm hopeful
