2nd round of Femana failed..what to do next?

Thoroughly fed up, so sorry in advance. Just got AF after a 2nd round of Femana has failed. My dr had made me so confident that it would work I feel so flat and deflated. I have DD who is 2 and I had a mc in nov so I know I can do it. I'm just absolutely fed up now and I know the alternatives will be invasive and expensive. I'm not in the UK and will have to pay for IUI or IVF and I'm not sure how many rounds we would be able to afford. Should I try a 3rd round of Femana? Day 1 is today, I've emailed my dr to say I want to go back on femana ASAP as my appointment with her is not till weds and I don't want to lose time.....so confused, fed up.....

What is femana?. What was it supposed to do (eg make the ovaries work harder?).

How old are you now?.

Do you actually have a diagnosis of the underlying problem and do you feel that you have been as a couple both adequately investigated?. If not, I would consider seeking a second opinion.

It's like Clomid, it's actually called Femara (typo). No I think the dr could do more,I had a mc in November and I have Dd so I know I have been able to get pregnant. I'm 39, I don't want to waste time.
