PCOS and CAH - double whammy?

I haven't posted on here before but I'm annoyed I didn't come to mumsnet sooner! I suppose it's the 'not being a mum' part that put me off.

Me and DH have been ttc for 19 months now. I have diagnosed PCOS (diagnosed in puberty, I've always had issues in that department) and also suspected CAH (congenital adrenal hyplasia) which also effects fertility - a double whammy.

I just wondered if anyone else here had CAH and what the implications were. I've already had all investigations with the NHS fertility dept and am now parallel tracking and having tests with the endocrinology dept. as well so we know the full picture before I start fertility treatment.

The road that looked as though it would be quite long anyway just got even longer, more complicated and hopeless.
