Infertility

I think it's a Pesa/ Tesa for him then ICSI for me, but don't know where to start! Can someone help?

We were really lucky to conceive naturally with my DD, now age 6 and a half. She was really ill during her first year and the stress put DH completely off having another one. Cut a long story short, he remains happy, I've changed my mind but importantly, due to a prostate issue, he had to have a procedure called a Turp 2 years ago, resulting in the fact he can't ejaculate. Everything functions as normal but the sperm comes out in his urine. I've finally opened up to him to say that I'd like another child and initial google investigation suggests that he'd have to have a PESA / TESA, then it would be the ICSI route. Anyone doing this, or even just been through any part of it? What can I expect? How do I find the right fertility clinic? Argh, so many questions! Thank you....

He may not need an op, sometimes the sperm can be collected from the urine ( much cheaper!). If you check out the hfea website www.hfea.gov.uk you can find clinics in your area.

That's great if they can collect it.
We didn't have to have any op but had low count so had icsi in2011 and now have a 20m old.
We were nhs so we're referred to one.
Hfea also shows stats on the clinics success.
It always takes longer than you think with this sort of treatment.
I have always found our clinic really good (but then because of our complex issues we seem to see the top people there)
