Hi
I know a lot of you will have had a fallopian tube removed via laparoscopy so thought you might be able to advise me please?
I'm 3 weeks post op and feel recovered but the last couple of nights have been really bad. I keep getting a really bad pain where the tube was removed. Its feels deep inside and I'm wondering if it's caused by my first period since the op?
Any ideas or similar stories?

I've had both my tubes removed via laparoscopy (a year apart). The first one healed quickly and I had no problems but the second I had quite bad pain at each period. I saw my GP who said it was 'one of those things' and prescribed tramadol and diclofenic. He had first offered co-codamol but I declined as it causes me constipation.

The tramadol worked wonders and over the next few months the pain reduced down to next to nothing.

Excuse the spelling! I hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply Smile
I was just worried it wasn't normal but now I'm reassured, thank you so much.
