Ttc with varicose vein

Hi everyone, I'm very new here and scared and excited to what replies we will get,
I have a son 6 my partners son is 15
We have been ttc for a year, I was on the depo injection for 6 years. I have been off it a yr but had bloods done in jan which came back normal, my cycles normally 25 days with ov on day 11,
Been bbt for last 4 months
My partner had a sa done and we don't get it,
We know low sperm, a lot are dead or in active 33% were motile,
And 0% morphology the dr thinks it could be due to a varicose vien in the testes that's lowing every thing so we have been referred to the hosp for an appt with an urdologist?
Can anyone offer help kind words or some advice?
