I only have my right tube due to ectopic in the left, two weaks ago I had my right tube unblocked, my doctor said it was a success and that I should try naturally for a few months, I have to go back on the 14th day of my cycle to make sure I'm ovulating, has anyone in the same predicament become pregnant and if so how long did it take.

Sorry to hear about your ectopic - Yes I had a tube lost through ectopic few years ago and the other wasnt perfect either. I got pregnant twice afterwards naturally, though took about 18 months between each pregnancy. Unfortunately I miscarried both babies - this had nothing to do with tubes though as turns out I have chromasome dfect which means I have 75% chance of MC in every pregnancy but hope the fact that I can and did get pregnant gives you some hope!!!!

I had one tube removed after an ectopic rupture and had a subsequent ectopic pregnancy which was treated with methotrexate. I have had two healthy subsequent pregnancies but also four miscarriages which I believe we're down to my age. Please believe it can happen for you, I know it seems unlikely but I am living proof that the removal of tubes does not mean the end of your fertility. Good luck

MrsUwoodx - you say you had your right/good tube unblocked, why was that oen blocked? I ask because I had blocked tubes due to hydrosalphinx. Although I had them unblocked, then the worse one removed, they kept coming back and apparently the fluid is toxic to embryos.
