Just watching with interest. Been ttc 2 years. Not had any investigation as to why it's taking so long. This is my first cycle using soy based natural progesterone cream as I self diagnosed LPD. I'm in the 2WW. What format are you taking it in?

I was thinking of taking soy isoflavones 80mg, on days 3-7, or days 5-9.
Just got AF this morning, and I'm so upset!
Willing to give anything a go!

I know that feeling! I looked into all sorts of things I could try. I've just got the hang of my cycles after using complex b vitamins for the past 3 months to get my LP up. That's worked so I decided against the tablets as I was worried it would mess with my cycles. After a few days on the cream I do have some symptoms as side effects so I may only use it for this cycle. I am surprised that something natural that you can buy online can be effective. But still thought it worth a shot! I might consider supplements too another time. I think everyone id different. It might be worth trying for 1 or 2 cycles to see what happens.
