Clomid + Preesed Success story

Hi,

I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I am currently on the first cycle of Clomid 50mg.
I generally go dry around my fertile days with slight CM. I read that clomid also dries up the CM.

I heard preseed lubricant helps in keeping the sperm healthy. also that some people who concieved with preseed had been through miscarriage later in their pregnancy, Just wanted to know if someone who using preseed and had a successful delivery. Please share your stories, it would help me be positive

Where did you read that pre-seed causes miscarriages??

Statistically you will get some people who use it who miscarry. Has it been claimed that there is a causal connection, and if so, what kind of study has been done? I would be cautious about reading too much into it. I think you have good reason to be positive.

We did! Clomid first time plus Pre seed. Didn't need it for dc2. Good luck!

Indeed! I've read that Preseed in the best lubricant on the market for assisting in conception... So we are using it....not pregnant yet though so can't be the one to vouch that I've carried a baby to term after using Preseed.

Who told you about having "unexplained infertility"?. You are on your first month of clomid usage. Clomid is usually given to women who present with ovulation problems.

Is this a private clinic or NHS?

Unexplained infertility is actually no diagnosis at all; all this means is that they have failed to find out what is wrong. Sometimes is it a diagnosis given to couples when they have not been properly investigated or had many of the tests done properly or at all.

What tests have you both had done to date?.

You will need to be persistant in order to get answers, it is all too easy to be fobbed off.

Hi, DH and me have been TTC since a year now, our reports are all normal, doc says it?s unknown infertility problem because all my hormones were normal so were dh's spermies and i did produce right amount of eggs during O.. so she put me on 1st round 50 mg of Clomid (day 3-7)., I have a regular 28 Days cycle and I O?d on the 14th day of my cycle( Did OPK and charting) . I didn?t have any side effect of clomid all the while neither on the day I O?d .. I am right now on CD24 and since the CD 18 I have been having cramping and tingle in my tummy, it usually shifts side mostly on the left side, the cramping lasts for about 30-40 seconds. Also occasional cramp or pull on bbs like a sharp shooting one. Apart from this is have no other symptoms like nausea or anything a little tired.. i don't know if its pregnancy symptom or a clomid side effect.. i guess i have no option but to wait..

When I got pregnant (miscarried)I had little crampy pains to the left, to the right, to the bottom to the top... The pain was there, then it was gone. Was most peculiar... Not like period pains.... I joked to my DP that the baby was laying carpet and put up pictures! Although I'm on clomid too... So perhaps it was that??

Apparently I read that as soon as the egg feritilises a women's womb starts to expand a accounting for the bloated look...

Hii, my dh and myself were told we had unexplained infertility.All of our tests were fine. Our consultant suggested we tried clomid before looking into ivf. He said that it might just stimulant my ovaries! I got my BFP after 2 cycles.. hope you ladies have success soon

Hello all-
I am new to this site and new to clomid as well. I am nervous and excited all at the same time. Can't start taking the pills until the the beginning of next month. I would like to know everyone else's experience with the clomid. As well has anyone conceived with their first cycle?
