Well has she blown it with her javelin result....or can she pull it back in the final event early this evening.....and will it be Kluft or barber....me thinks Kluft as I think she's got that realy competitive spirit and can bring it out when she really needs to.......

I think it'll be Kluft. Wish I'd seen any of it so far, but have been away at a fab wedding so just getting snippets. could be watching it now, but for some reason I'm on MN.

Hi PT....we were right then.....what a s*t championships this has been for "team GB", pretty embarrasing really....even the Dutch have a gold medal in the bank (men's pole vault" we still have zilch, not-a-sausage, bugger all...etc etc. Seems as if it'll all be resting on Paula's shoulders at the weekend and even then serious investigations about performance (can you believe that the 4100 team still caliming that they'll beat the American team when we've not had ONE man in either of the sprint finals ?????Anyway, I'll still be glued to the TV hoping that we can at least pull something from the bag (men's 400mt final tonight ??)
