Over 300 injured have been seen to. Those with life threatening injuries were stabilised at the scenes and then taken to various hospitals.

ambulances are asking people not to use A+E departments unless it is life threatening, so that they cant help out with the tragedies from this morning!

Once all trains have been inspected they will find drivers for them to get them moved and try to run them on unaffected lines possibly tonight but likely tomorrow morning.

He just went really quickly through which trains are likely to run and to where but i missed it so will try to find a link to web info.

Bus services are starting to return to zone 1 obviously cant run kings cross/aldgate etc.

It will be slow to get home. Try to stagger your times for everyone going home and start thinking about planning your journey.

33 confirmed dead not including bus incident.....

Report
swiperfox · 07/07/2005 15:38

THey still dont know if it was suicide or packages left on trains/bus or size/type of device used.

they are going to try and use cctv to see if they can find who did it. no info on any arrests.

There are no people left trapped underground. The system was cleared in the first hour - although it was longer to get them off the picadilly train.

21 confirmed dead at kings cross.

31 thousand police dealing with incidents

Report
jayzmummy · 07/07/2005 15:43

Im back...
1,500 officers in scotland for g8.
33,000 in London....no officers called in who are not on duty.

British transport police are strained, some in Scotland, but they are coping.

London has always been a terrorist target and over the last few years the Met and other emergency services have been planning incident response....plan has worked as it should have done.
