it's really sad. My grandad brought me up to be totally into sport and football was the main thing. He was my fav on Question of sport when I was little. He was only 57

Not read the link, but heard it on tv this morning. Been fighting a brain tumour for years apparently, only 56. Very sad.

I was bought up by my sports mad Dad too. Still love question of sport now. I hope they do a tribute to him because him and Bill Beaumont were brilliant on there.

emmatmg they have to, and I'm sure they will. To me him and Bill Beaumont still are question of sport - its never been the same as it was with them.

Very sad. We saw something on the local news about him at a charity do not too long ago, and he did look pretty ill then.

That's so sad - I thought he was a lovely guy and today's by birthday as well

Sad to lose Crazy Horse, heard he'd been ill ages ago but they said on radio today he'd been treated for brain tumour since last Aug (maybe 2003?)

You know I was walking to the shops earlier thinking about it being sad and that it was that kingd of miserable rainy, grey day. But something made me smile - My Grandad is going to be so chuffed that Emlyn Hughes is up there with him!!
