When you don't think carefully about it first - this might happen. (Thanks to DH for sending that to me.)

Oh my! . You would change it, wouldn't you. Poor child.

There used to be a reporter on South Today called Chris Peacock - Drew is far worse.

I'm also very amused that it was google that told the Dad that the name was hilarious.

This is the God's honest truth, I personnaly knew them(as in it's not a story of a friend of a firend)

a boy at school called:
Wayne king (yes really)

and a girl called:
Mhairi Dick (it's pronounced Vari, but say it like you see it and what do you get?!)

oh and there was another boy called:
Thomas Thomas, (as in same forename & surname!)

I did hear a similar story in a friend of a friend kind of a way.

A couple had named their daughter Ophelia Myfanwy.

It wasn't till someone said "What! Feel Me Fanny" that they realised the mistake.

I would definitely change it - don't you have 12 months after registering a baby's name to change your mind anyway? I just think the chld may be better off in the long run - can you imagine the teasing at school

DH's clients have include Albert Hall, Tom Jones and a John Thomas

and

Fungus the Bogeyman - but that man had changed his own normal name to this as an adult!!!
