What do you think of the pre -budget report?

What do you think of the pre -budget report? I think the childcare plans is a good step forward for the UK, but the papers all seem to moan. Just had a look in the Express where they were moaning that what the middle classes really want is a pension. Completely missed the point that if we don't have childcare.......a) It is difficult for women to work and they won't get a pension at all and b)less children will be born because women choose to have fewer or no children.
Even the average middle class male Express -reader might need someone to change his nappies in the nursing home. And it might just be MY son, so more affordable and available childcare please!
