Yesterday the Department for Education announced a consultation on the new SEN Code of Practice to run till December 9th.
I've got a page about this on my website. It applies only to England.
I've also posted a summary of what the government is proposing for the switchover between SEN statements and the new EHC plans once the new law comes into force in September 2014.
