Hi. I'm not sure if this will help but tes and the guardian do many resources for all curriculum subjects including PHSE. You do need to register and it may take a time to find exactly what you want, but hey they're all free.

Hi there. Have you seen the Go-Givers site from the Citizenship foundation? You can click on the teachers section and register as a home educator (it's free) Lots of free resources for social responsibility, including how to be a good neighbour, environmental concerns and global issues. They have lessons and resources for KS1 and KS2 children. There is also a kids zone for the children to use too. An excellent website.

Having just seen The Lorax this morning (films for schools week = free films for those that don't know about it), this film shows aspects of taking responsibilty for your actions and putting things right. It also shows different family types (an unsupportive one in this case), attitudes to old age with a granny who is cool, citizen's responsibilty to the environment, one person's actions count (just one person caused the destruction and another one manages to correct it)...there's probably more.
