Who can help us plan out moving our kitchen

We're going to move our kitchen from its current position in the 'side return' at the back of our flat to the lovely sunny room behind our living room which we currently waste/ use as a bit of a dumping ground for books, coats and shoes.

I need someone who can help us think through how to do this (will have to move the pipes etc) and getting a good layout (make use we have enough cupboard space, have room for a table, etc. plus we'll likely knock a hole into the wall so it can be open to the living space, but we'd like to be able to close this off when we choose.

Please advise me, oh mumsnet, who do I call? An architect? A kitchen designer from magnet or wherever? A builder / project manager? All three? In which order.

We are in London so if you have any recommendations please do send them my way...

I would call a builder to talk about removing the wall and moving the kitchen. Our builder recommended someone to fit our kitchen after we had it designed and ordered through a local company. The builder will know what is possible with pipes etc.
