I love this

I have seen the same/similar on other sites too - Graham and Green, Sainsbury's, Rooma.

All, except Graham and Green, are online only. I have emailed them and are waiting to hear back which if their stores, if any, have these on display but they are out of stock at the moment so guessing none.

Has anyone seen this type of cupboard in any 'regular' shops? I would really like to see before I buy. DH is off work this week so it would be good if we could see one this week.

Sorry not seen any in a shop but a friend purchased two of the sainsburys one around Christmas and she loves them. They arrived fully assembled, solid and good value for money. She also got the dining table and chairs.

Well, it's a plan chest really, still found in art colleges and possibly architects'/designers' offices.

You might find a secondhand/antique one on ebay or similar; something like this although it's sold.

Sorry I assumed you wanted it as a cupboard, not as drawers.

I have a plan chest in my office (necessity first, love it second). I got it for a 'donation' of £100 to the school fund when my old school were having a re-fit within the graphics/technological department. Always worth approaching anywhere having work done.

Hi. Thanks for the replies. It was a cupboard I wanted rather than drawers. I saw one on the An Angel at My Table website. It was reduced by £300 because it was the photo shoot one so have bought it.

I am beyond excited.

That's OK. I have spent so long looking at regular sideboards, this just struck me as a bit different.

Cat - thanks. I saw it there but they don't have any actual shops, do they? it seems to only be internet retailers who have them.

Anyway, I love it so ordered it! An Angel At My Table had one for sale which was their photo shoot one so reduced. Can't wait...
