Bedroom for a 3year old girl

Totally undecided.
My daughter is still in her cot. She'll be three in November.
Side comes off but it's about time we updated the room. Not planning to buy furniture again after this, so hoping to find something that'll be good until teens and beyond. Don't know whether that's a reasonable expectation.
Anyway, I've fallen in love with the Hemnes Day Bed (IKEA). m.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/art/50080315/

It's a tiny room though. Her brother has a low cabin bed. Would she be better off with this, too? Has a pull out desk.

I just got my 3yo daughter the ikea minnen bed and its gorgeous
