Bathroom tiling- mosaic border trims- help quickly!

Can anyone give their opinion on the best position for this? I know it's a bit 'old hat' now but it's what we have chosen...large white tiles with a 'border' running through.

Would you have the mosaic border lower or higher given the choice of either? It could go 80cms above the bath or 120 cms above - so either half way up the wall or just over 2/3rds of the height up.
