Back at work and feeling queazy...

I'm back at work after nearly a year off and I know it's early days but the culture is as bad as it always was, I don't feel at all inspired or motivated by my boss and I just want to leave. I can't leave without finding something else but have really struggled to find anything part-time and I've managed to secure 4 days a week in my current role.
I'm sorry, not sure what I'm hoping for by posting here, but just feel at a bit of a loss tonight. I miss my daughter and feel all I'm swapping time with my child for is a pay cheque. I know I'm lucky to have that by the way, but I'd worked so hard to get where I have in my career, and I guess I had hoped for more.
Feeling bit flummoxed.
