Telephone interview

I've got an interview coming up, the first one in yonks, and it's going to be on the phone. Are there any pitfalls I need to be aware of or tips that will help?
I've only done a phone interview once before, but I was the employer and the guy had a pretty unique skill set so it was more of a chat than an interview.

I've been on both sides of the telephone interview so can give some advice I think - firstly and obviously I hope - the interviewer cannot see your facial expressions so is relying on your voice alone. Do make sure you take the call where there is no/little background noise and the line is clear.
Secondly, if you have notes make sure you can see all the pages as any page turning will be heard by the interviewer so avoid this.
Do make sure you have several questions to ask yourself - this might be the only way you can differentiate yourself from the other candidates.
All other rules as the same as face to face interviews I think!

Many thanks Pr1mrOse, especially the need to differentiate myself.
I've packed the children off for the afternoon, so all should be quiet.
