Application form sections

I have a form with 3 sections for skills & abilities, experience and knowledge. But much of my content could fall within more than one of those sections...can anyone give me any tips how to approach this?

Is there a personnel specification for the job, and are those the headings on it? If so, you need to make sure that you're covering each area on it to make it as easy as possible for the person shortlisting to 'tick off' each criteria.

If there's no personnel specification, I would suggest you make a list of all the points you want to include and then separate them into the three headings depending on where they're most relevant.
